Vice Chancellor for University Advancement Beth Fischer wanted to express employee appreciation by organizing a Coffee-Food Truck Tour. The Grinder Cafe, a mobile café, brought the brew, tea, smoothies, and treats on wheels. This was precisely what was needed before the Light the Way campaign close event.
